Aston Martin V8 Series III

Aston Martin V8 was a two-door Coupe which was built from 1969 to 1989. Due to the anticipation of Aston Martin clients for an eight-cylinder car for many years, the company designed a larger two-door saloon suitable to allow the V8 engine. Two years later, the V8 engine designed by Tadek Marek was ready for installation and this new model was named DBS V8.
The Series III model had a larger bulge on the bonnet so it could fit the four twin Weber carburetors. This specific car was acquired by the Museum through auction in Great Britain and is preserved.
